Translatable?: NO (Made with PS CS)
Involves: Colour Balance, Selective Colouring, Hue/Saturation, Curves, Colour Fill, Match Colour
PSD File: YES (colouring only)
Comments: This is a seriously messed with tutorial, I changed the opacity to nearly every layer.
1. Duplicate (Ctrl+J) the base opacity: 100%
2. Go to LAYER > ADJUSTMENTS > MATCH COLOUR
Luminance: 80
Colour Intensity: 50
Neutralise: TICK!
3. Set BASE DUPLICATE to SCREEN opacity: 100% (I duplicated the screened layer after I finished the rest of the steps, it was a bit too dark).
4. COLOUR BALANCE opacity: 20%
Midtones: +100, 0, -30
5. SELECTIVE COLOUR opacity: 30%
Reds: -27, 0, 0, 0
Yellows: 0, 0, 30, 0
Whites: +67, 0, -73, 0
6. HUE/SATURATION opacity: 100%
Master: 0, +25, 0
7. COLOUR FILL set to LINEAR BURN opacity: 70%
#B8C7C8
8. CURVES opacity: 100%
Point 1: Input 87, Output 93
Point 2: Input 153, Output 181
PSD Here's another example of the same colouring (without the Match Colour option and with slightly different layers) used:
