Vince Noir was busy packing up the things from his office. He wasn't leaving town, oh no. He was just abandoning this teaching job. It was too much work, he'd decided. Fun, but work. So he was going to go out on the search for a cushy job.

For today, though, he could field questions from students and fellow teachers. His door was open.
