We sleep, we're dreaming and away it goes...
This post is nspired by the song in the last post (which is one of my all-time favorites) and the following horoscope, as well as the fact that I have an interview for a graphic design position tomorrow.
The horoscope: It's time for you to build a few new hopes -- and give your subconscious something new to dream about at night. Take time today to picture where you want to be and who you want to be with in five or ten years -- and don't forget to include family and friends in that beautiful scenario. Visualize the brightest future you can possibly imagine and don't worry about falling short of those expectations. It's important to keep your focus on the bright side.
A few friends have mentioned to me how they'll know that they've found The One. Like one said they'll know her when they can dance with her, and another said "When she agrees to walk down the aisle at their wedding to 'She's your queeeeeeeeen'" (silly Army Kevin). So, I'm wondering how will I know? And so I decided, I'll know when he "sings to my heart" a la Nathan Angelo's "September 22nd" or "Someday We'll Know". That probably doesn't make sense to anybody else, but it works for me, ha.
In five or ten years, I want to have sold at least one screenplay. I want to have traveled back to Asia as well as Europe. I want to be happily and passionately married with at least two kiddies. I think that about does it. Seeing it written out, it doesn't seem like much, but it works for me :)
