The Lazy Days of Summer Fic Challenge!
Welcome new members, to this our very first challenge!
It's that time of year for us lucky folk in the Northern Hemisphere, and for our friends in the South, here's a chance to get that summer feeling back again.
Prompt:
Donna wants a nice relaxing time, enjoying the hot weather, taking it easy. But a certain Time Lord just gets in the way...
We're asking for sign ups for this, because as we're new, and this is our first challenge, we'd like to see every regeneration spoil Donna's lazy day!
Rules:
* Please comment with which version of the Doctor you'd like to write for.
* Closing date for signups is June 10th.
* Fic can be of any length, but must be complete, not a WIP.
* The deadline for posting is 4th July.
*Please post fics here, under a cut, or link back to your journal.
* Please use a header when posting, ratings are especially important.
* Please mention in your author's notes or summary that it's a challenge response and use the appropriate tag: challenge 1 - Lazy Days of Summer
* Have fun!
Although this is a fic challenge, if the prompt inspires anyone to make graphics or art, then we'd love to see it!
Edit: Sign ups are for letting us know which versions will have authors. If someone has already shouted for the one you wanted, don't panic; you can do him too. We also hope that signing up makes for more incentive to post!
