AMAZE ME
This week's Merlin totally blew me away. It had its usual baddie scheming, tournaments, fight scenes, and Merlin trying to save the day, but the emotional interplay was taken to a whole new level. It's one of the few times that Merlin wasn't able to save the day and it didn't have a happy ending filled with hidden promises all wrapped up

I didn't get why so many people were complaining about the episode, but different people, different opinions. I really enjoyed the episode even with the heartache lol.

I thought as much. I intentionally avoided the initial outburst, so I have no idea what they're complaining about. My emotions were all over the place and it took a while to process them, but I loved the episode.

I think I enjoyed Merlin without getting into the fandom so much, but it's nice to be able to discuss it and stuff. Too bad the next episode is a filler, I really want to see how they're going to fix all this mess.

I don't think it will necessarily be "filler", particularly because Arthur just banished Elyan's sister and Elyan appears to be attacking Arthur in the preview. Even though he's enchanted, or possessed or something, that's bound to bring up some former-future-bother-in-law chitchat, right?

But, yeah, I want to skip ahead to the "fixing this mess" part, too.
