Reccer's comments:I adored this lovely story it made me teary at times. The idea that Sherlock could go back 5 years and decide to make things go better between them. It was brilliant the way the story unfolded around them. Sherlock seeing how much the younger John was interested in him before things Sherlock did destroyed his fascination with him.
This story was romantic and sexy just everything the pilot should be and what the un aired pilot was. :)))))))
This was emotionally draining but in a good way kind of an edge of your seat story. Sherlock and John are both very much in character. The sex was loving and sweet just wonderful. You have lines like these...."He leveled Sherlock with a steadier look and admitted quietly, echoing Sherlock's own words, “It takes a very particular sort of bloke to gain my attention too. Just so you know.”
Sherlock smiled, truly smiled, at the thought that he could be the sort that John would notice. If only... If only he'd nurtured that idea... His own eyes flashed with adoration at John."
This just makes me all warm and fuzzy inside it sets my heart all aflutter.
