i am not a happy camper right now. it is 7:40am. i took 3 valarian cause my friend told me it would help me fall asleep and i needed to be asleep by a reasonable time (i was hoping 11pm). i took them at 10, went to bed at 11, woke up at midnight and didn't go back to sleep until almost 4am. my friend woke me up at 7:15am. i have a final at 8am. i could barely keep my hand steady enough to put my make up.
