1. First come first serve basis.
2. Registered mail are encouraged, I will not responsible for any lost mails. Please top up additional $2.24 for registered mailing.
3. Items will be mailed out within the next 2-3 working days after I've received the payments.
4. Meetups only to my convenience (Serangoon MRT Station/Sengkang MRT/Where I am heading to).
5. Trades are welcomed only to items that I like only. However please note that sales > trades.
6. Sold items are remove to prevent confusion.
