what does it mean?
how strange
painting in my new dorm room i hear a phone ring.
it is not my ringtone but it is in my room.
my roommate has not yet moved back in.
assuming it is an alarm i check my phone, but it's not making noise.
following the sound i open a drawer and pull out an old unused phone.
the daily alarm, set for 9:43 am is going off.
i look at my room clock: 7:59 pm.
