(no subject)
My dad wanted me to meet him here at his house [where I am now, yay, I guess] so we can go to my uncles and look at a car. Okay so I was supposed to be here at 11 but I didn't get up until 1130ish? And therefore didnt get here til about twenty minutes ago? Oops.
Happy Thanksgiving to those who celebrate, have some turkey for me, as we're not doing ours just yet [too many people out of down and my mom is still in the nursing home being stubborn >.<] although at this rate we might not do it, as there are way too many fights when we do?
Meh.
Still working on my costumes, and I came to an amazing discovery .... A shirt that I have would be PERFECT to make Lulu's top for cosplay ... I just have to get the duct tape, grommet thingy [puts holes in it with secure metal pieces? hard to describe, but the things you put laces through!] so I can make the back look like a corset like it's supposed to. Somewhere, maybe on the side where it would be hidden, will be a hidden zipper so I can get in and out of it easy, but I don't know yet. I have to decide, cause I'm TERRIBLE at putting zippers in. So I have the base for the skirt and the corset, Now I just have to duct tape the hell out of it so that it works lol. And then figure out the hair. I can put my hair up in a high bun with long bangs, so I might just get a wig, cut it up and make the long braids that she has, then clip them to my bun so it looks right.
