There's three suitcases on the king sized bed. They're all open, two are half packed. One has Apollo's civilian clothes, jeans, dress pants, shirts, a pair of sneakers

"We- only if you want. I am. Jenny is. Natasha has invited us to stay at her place in Italy, Earth616. It's her, John, Lisa, Robbie, Gray and two people I don't know, Longshot and Rogue. Though Longshot and Robbie are apparently taking off somewhere."
"Lisa has a horse, Daddy!" Jenny helpfully pipes up from the bed.
"Natasha invited us to stay and frankly, Jenny needs friends closer to her age than the team. I didn't pack for you because I didn't know if you'd come or not." He shuts one of the suitcases and puts it on the floor. "We'll only be a couple of nights, a week at most. We can leave when you want. What do you say?"
"Heh. And let you two go have fun by yourselves?" Clothes. Midnighter didn't remember how to pack, getting used to having more than one change of suits at a time, well - mnh. This may take him a moment or two.
He grins over at Apollo, then kneels down to be on the same level as Jenny. He pats her on the shoulder, then nods. "Is that so? So will we be seeing this horse on the trip?"
"I didn't want to speak for you. I know you don't like new places and strangers."
Jenny's case is snapped shut. Jenny bounces over to it. "Uh huh, and Lisa 'n' Robbie 'n' the other boy have been riding it, and we're going to climb trees, actual trees, not Jeroen made trees. And I'm not to take Lisa flying because it makes John upset when I jump off things with her."
Apollo watches her ramble to her father. "You better get packed. Jenny, let your father get ready."
Midnighter nods. Being around other people can be a bit trying, especially when your mind starts to auto-analyze how best to kill them. However, these are the sacrifices one makes for love - and if he needs a break, the Carrier is simply a door away. He ruffles Jenny's hair as he listens, then nods to Apollo.
"He's right. I won't take long."
Does he even _have_ spare clothes? Another suit, a few changes of underclothes - spare socks. Where did he come up with spare socks?
In the time it takes Midnighter to get packed, Apollo's got his suitcase and Jenny' in one hand and their daughter under the other arm, upside down and kicking and laughing.
"Are you voluntarily spending two days out of the armour? Jenny, I think the world might be ending again."
She solemnly looks up. "I don't care so long as I get to ride the horse first, Dad."
He nods back and looks to Midnighter. "Hear that? No world ending until after Jenny gets to ride the horse."
Midnighter walks in wearing a business suit and shades, taking the spectacles off and setting them aside on the bedside table.
"Are we going somewhere?"

Midnighter tries to keep a straight face there, but the snicker passes past his lips as he closes his own luggage container.
"Of course, Jenny. We'll keep the world on track that long, at least. Maybe long enough for you to ride it twice."

Apollo sets her on her feet and nods to the door. "Shall we?"
He sets off towards the junction room, Jenny in tow.
