I went for a really long walk today.
It was gorgeous outside and the perfect temperature to only need to wear a sweatshirt.
Anyone who knows me knows that I absolutely hate it here at school. But today... I just enjoyed being near the beach. The air smelled like it does in the summer when it's about to rain. And when it did start to rain, it didn't matter. I thought about the time I went for a walk with my mom in my neighborhood and all of a sudden it started to downpour and we had to run back to the house. We laughed the whole time.
So as i was passing by all of the huge mansions on the ocean, I decided that I am not going to be nothing. I will be a world renouwned photographer or a well known magazine editor. I will come out of this school better than most of the momma's boys and daddy's girls that drive audis and bmws. My parents don't pay for everything. and while i don't spend all of my money on drugs and i don't do drugs... and that's why i don't have a ton of friends here... i will have the money to go to australia when i graduate and own my bmw while driving off to photoshoots. and then i will travel the world. look forward to postcards from me.

On another note, I love perusing magazines at Borders. a lot. I found a magazine last night called Look-Look. It's made entirely of submissions from young artists... mainly photography, art and writing. it's pretty cool i suggest checking it out. I just might submit some photography, who knows.
But now back to writing movie reviews for the school paper.
