I thought I would put this out to all you who fursuit.

What kind of things do you think would be fun to do for activites at Convention?

I like that idea of a canine obstacle course... it's fun, and not too abusive on the suit. Part of the reason I never participate in Fursuit Games is stuff like wheelbarrel races is more "Suit Endurance Test" and less "fun game".

I only once participated in fursuit games, and that was at the first FCN. Kage did "Red Wine, White Wine" (Red light, green light), we did a wheelbarrel race, a game of charades (that was fun... you broke into 4 teams, had judges, and had to see how many actions could be guessed correctly in 3 minutes.), there was musical chairs (another potential suit buster!!), and some other games that elude my memory.

Charades, twister battle, canine agility/obstacle course, perhaps Red light, Green light.

One meet, someone brought a parachute and a bunch of Nerf balls for the suiters to play with.

Another idea is they make giant inflatable bowling pins and a plastic ball set, so you could do indoor bowling.

I personally don't do the aggressive games. Maybe one day I'll build a junker suit just for that, but I spent too much time on Kiska and she's getting on in years (wear n tear wise) to play rough games with.

Hope these ideas help!

Stuff like these: http://www.pawsforagility.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/03/dog-agility-equipment.jpg

And various height jumps like this: http://www.acclaimimages.com/_gallery/_SM/0149-0609-0707-2145_SM.jpg

and a tunnel at the end like this: http://www.canineconnection.info/userfiles/image/iStock_000003706902XSmall.jpg

Some of the other stuff used on dog agility courses might not be conductive to suiters, but those are just some ideas.

Also, not a doggie obstacle course, but the first year I went to FWA, they had one of these out on the side of the hotel for the suiters (and non-suiters, for a $1 donation to the charity they help) to go through http://www.rebelbouncingcastles.com/products/ObstacleCourse.jpg
