The State of my LJ
A few notes about how I'm running things these days... I've added this blurb to my profile page:
"This journal is "sort of" friends only. I've opened up to mostly public posting these days, allowing comments from all registered users...and only anonymous comments are (automatically) screened. Can't say how long this open posting format will last but for now I'd say 90% of what I'm posting is public. If you'd like to be friended, drop me a comment and I'll consider it. :)"
(Previously it was set that only friends could comment, even to my public posts. That is not the case anymore - as always all anonymous posts are automatically screened)
I've decided that I'll leave my public posts open for about a month then go back and do a normal friends lock on anything of personal importance. Private things will have been locked down to begin with.
So, if perchance you go back looking for something, and it's gone....that's why.
