Hello?

Hello? Is anyone out there?

Could someone kindly inform me of where I am? Surely you would not mind answering the questions of one as sweet and lovely as myself.

I would never mistake this strange place for my beautiful Rausten.

Ah... is that so? Well this is clearly not Lycia either.

I've never heard of such a land.

Well then it is a fair exchange... for I have never heard of Rausten.

What?! Have you been living under a rock? I figured the name of Rausten would be as widespread as the name of the beautiful princess of peerless beauty! This is unacceptable!

Ah... that is - Is Rausten one of the demi-Kingdoms of the Western Isles?
...And I fear I know not the name of the Rausten Princess either...
But where are my manners? My name is Lucius.

You-! The Theocracy of Rausten is one of the five nations bearing a Sacred Stone, and I am its princess, L'Arachel. "Manners", indeed!

A-ah... my apologies Lady L'Arachel!
F-forgive me, but I do not know what the Sacred Stones are either...

Sigh, you are a complete loss. Do not fret, though! Allow me to take you under my wing and show you the ways of the world!

The Sacred Stones were used to seal away the legendary Demon King's power, and were entrusted to great nations such as Rausten for guarding. You see?

[[ooc: No...L'Arachel...you're younger than him...]]

Err- Yes, Lady L'Arachel!

T-the Demon King?! I fear... I have never heard of such a legend. It does sound somewhat akin to the tale of the seven heroes and the Scouring though...

That's better, Lucius.

Oh? Do tell me of it.

Well... in an age long past mankind and dragons used to live in peace. Then events happened, and dragons wared with humankind. This war, which became known as the Scouring, was a loosing battle for our kind until the eight legendary heroes turned the tide, eventually forcing the dragons back into their own world...
The seven great heroes would in turn be the founders of the seven lands of Elibe.

The hero Roland founded Lycia and the Lycian League.
The great kingdom of Bern was founded by the champion Hartmut.
Holy Etruria was founded by the great Saint Elimine.
The plains of Sacae were the final resting place of the horseman Hanon.
The great mountain-nation of Ilia was founded by the Great Knight Barigan.
The Nabata desert, covering the Missur peninsula is were the Archmage Athos dwells.
The Western Isles is were Durban the Berserker founded the first warrior-clans.
And finally the hero Brammimond disappeared after the Scouring.

My, that is rather impressive. Though, not so much as my own sacred ancestor, I'm sure.

Ah... one of the heroes of the war to seal the Demon King?
I- I fear I am no fan of conflict... though it seems to be in the winds wherever I tread.
Lord Raymond...

Naturally!

Oh, of course! But when evil and darkness run rampant, it is neccesary to fend it off!
