...Um, okay.
I guess this is a curse day, since the City is covered in sand and everyone's talking about genies and harems and whatnot. Better than that monster the other day, though. But I will say that I don't appreciate women being treated like objects, curse or no curse. Honestly. Chains? How insecure can guys get?

My birthday came and went without me even realizing it. It's weird... turning another year without Tsukasa. I miss her.
What's even weirder, though, was that it wasn't anywhere near my birthday when I was back home. It makes me wonder what's up with the time here in the City. I can hear the ticking sometimes, but... it seems like we're all on different time schemes. Hiyori remembers something that hadn't happened yet, or was going to happen (I'm not sure which is which) and then there's the whole thing with the anime characters here... They're not even supposed to be real, and yet... They exist here, in the City.
Where is this place anyway? I mean, when you look at the City when it's not a curse day it could be just a regular city anywhere in the world, yet everything that could possibly be normal gets uprooted on curse days.
It's almost like... the City is someplace outside of time, ticking or not. Maybe even outside of reality.
Then why am I here?
