I am so, so glad that I haven't eaten breakfast yet. As with my normal morning routine, I got up, showered, and brewed a cup of coffee. Then I sat down and checked your LJ for updates.
Well. The coffee has long since gone cold.
That was just sick, Lightning. I'm a little disturbed that you could even think of such things. I thought Adalrico's torture was bad, but it's nothing compared to this. It was painful for him, sure, but he didn't have to watch himself torture, maim, and eat an innocent twelve-year-old girl. My stomach is turning just at the thought of it. At the same time, the sick part of my mind (which I had not even known existed), is thanking the gods Voldemort didn't Polyjuice the girl to look like Parvati. That is one of the few things that would have made the experience even worse for Connor.
I'm not surprised that Connor is no longer sane. I'm even sort of glad for it. Voldemort can't hurt him as much anymore and any escape from that is a relief. I would have been happier if Voldemort just killed him, but there's no

I think you just gave Lightie a few more ideas on how to torture Connor XD Bad Kairi =P
*skips all the way to the last paragraph in your comment* I think that they won't have to worry about Voldie, because he seems a little busy with torturing Connor anyways. Or maybe he might leave Connor with a room full of "innocent" people, and command him to kill and eat them... because he's now insane =P
I love how long your comments are ^.^ they are just so well written, and nicely thought up =D

*offers Kairi chocolate and goes off to go brew herself some strong coffee* Egads I knew I was missing something when I skimmed this chapter. I have to admit I'm glad Connor is no longer sane as it's a way to escape for him - I know I would probably go insane too if I had to go through that.
I thought about putting a "Do not eat things" warning at the top of this chapter, but I'm always getting people who tell me that the gore doesn't affect them, so I thought the gore warning was enough.
Voldemort did use visions of Parvati later, but he couldn't have obtained the materials for Polyjuice, otherwise I'm sure he ould have used them.
Voldemort always intended to kill Draco later. What he most looked forward to was Harry's despair over the idea that there was no way to save his brother.
As you can see, Parvati will probably forgive Harry because a) it turned out to be Connor's choice after all and b) it wouldn't have made a difference if Harry had gone.

Draco's scene was awfully hard to write.
