Guy Fieri is, as far as I'm concerned, a god amongst men on the culinary stage. Seldom do any of his often-southwestern recipes revolt me in any way and, indeed, I find that the majority of them are positively mind-blowing in their awesomeness.
However, I never really had the chance or impetus to attempt any of his recipes myself.... until today. Ali and I were watching Food Network today and we witnessed the creation of the most fucking incredible thing ever known. And then we put our heads together, went grocery shopping, and made that shit happen. Here. In our home. Just now.

God.
That is possibly the best thing I've ever eaten. It may even threaten the throne of Ali's legendary alfredo. I found myself eating more of them even after every receptor in my body had told me I was quite full. The idea of adding a chipotle-ranch dipping sauce/dressing was entirely Ali's, however, and it magnified the awesomeness ten fold. So, even if it wasn't her original creation, she has found a way to improve upon the nigh-perfect. Victory for the Hensleys, champions of food!
