(no subject)
Well we made it to Duke. Is very hot and sunny, think I may be sun burnt already which is not the best way to go on. And I am sick of filling in forms telling people what my name is and that i was born in, am a citizen of, have tax status in etc the UK.
I can see why people want to work here though, it is gorgeous with lots of foresty bits between all the buildings. We went on a wander earlier and found lots of exciting wildlife in the Duke gardens as well as their chapel, I I think I may spend entire weekends swimming and sitting in the gardens reading.
Our apartment is great as well, makes me wish we lived in houses rather than rooms in Cambridge, no porters/Housekeeping etc to get on the wrong side of.
Is a bit strange being here when mayweek hasn't even started yet, feel am maybe missing a lot, should have counted better :S
