S-U-C-C-E-S-S! That's the way to spell success!!
WOOOOOHOOOOOO!! Oh man am i in a great mood! This morning, August 27, 2005, at 8:00 am in the city of Casa Grande, Az, I, Christopher Scott Smith, took on the state of Arizona and the Arizona Department of Real Estate as i RULED over their examination for state licensure to sell Real Estate. I passed both in record time, finishing first in class, even though i was the LAST to get started. This means one thing--I have completed the state's requirments of pre-licensure, and upon attending a workshop on tuesday and wednesday, i will be awrded my Arizona Real Estate License, and allowed to join the National, AZ, and Tucson Area Associations of REALTORS. That's right, all! I shall be a real estate agent! That means that if you want to buy or sell a house, you should call me...and if you're name is Ingrid, you will inform you're folks so that I may assist them in any further Real Estate Transactions, as it is always nice to work with people of whom you are familiar with. I am so excited! I really think that i can make a good living for myself as a realtor, as well as have that be-your-own-boss schedule. I don't think it will be long before i can leave the 9-5 treachery of the bank, or any other job, for that matter, and begin as a licensed independent real estate contractor/salesperson. I forsee BIG THINGS in the future--and they seem to be coming to forsight rather quickly!
IN OTHER NEWS----Next thursday is also our birthday---yes, the triplets shall be 22 years old....so this is cause for not only a party--but a FESTIVAL! To begin on thurday, going out to bars and or clubs on friday, a house party on saturday, and maybe a barbecue or dinner or something on sunday--that leaves labor day on monday to recover....banks are closed, so i am off, laura too--i think, and im pretty sure school is out monday too. This is a big one--not only is it my birthday, but i am celebrating this real estate success, so i am formally requesting and insisting that all of you that can read this attend at some point...thats all i have to say about that, except for that i will see you there...
I hope everyone else is doing as well as i am right now, and that all things are looking up from here on out. Please tell your friends or families that i can assist them in any home dealings if they currently have no agent. i should be up and operational as of 9-1-2005. Referrals are going to be a huge part of how i will become a successful realtor, so if the topic comes up, throw me out there--i would appriciate it!!
