So if you are in sight and the day is right, She's the hunter, you're the fox

Mmmmm, busy and good times are ahead!

Tonight is Grey's Night at the Eastlake Bar & Grill with the girls. Woohoo!

Tomorrow is beginning of prep for the party on Saturday. I will be:
Going to the grocery store and the drugstore.
Prepping the steak kabobs (two flavors will be happenin', a sweet and a savory)
Making the white chocolate mousse
Making the raspberry sauce that goes on the mousse
Hollow out the acorn squash that the artichoke dip will be served in
Cleaning (vacuuming, bathroom, putting away clutter)

Saturday will be doing everything else, such as:
Assembling the appetizers (artichoke dip in the squash, baked brie with chutney, and associated dipping foods)
Arranging kabobs (note: remember to soak the skewers!) and cooking
Last minute little things I'll inevitably put off!
Get dressed in witchy-vampirical costume, *cackle cackle*

Must remember to have a quick dinner tomorrow night, too. My manly man will be here to keep me company (maybe help?), and I might need to feed him. Heh, well, he said he likes macaroni'n'cheese, maybe that's what he'll be gettin'! I think this will be a bit easier than last year's party, though. Less labor intensive (i.e. I'm not going to cream butter into ice cream, I'm going to get butter pecan ice cream instead), and I've asked people to each bring a little something like a loaf of bread. So much easier!

And now, tis time to gray'ze my anatomy! catch ya later, calculators!

kitchen witchin', halloween/samhain, domestic bliss
