Friday got SOOOO much better once work was over. Surprising, yes?
* I high-tailed it to Target and found that they have FINALLY gotten in the $1 Office, so now I have magnets, pen and an "I <3 Jim" notepad. YAYAYAY!
* Bon Jovi's "Livin' on a Prayer" was on the radio on my way home. Excellent! The trifecta would have been that song, Carrie Underwood's "Before He Cheats" and Pat Monahan's "Her Eyes." No reason for any of the songs other than they are so very sing-along-able.
* Birthday party for rebel_ebeth at a Alki complete with Bonfire and singing 80's songs (well, I warbled in and out of key as I chose, but they put up with me, so nice!). Pictures to follow!
* Not everyone had such a good Friday night, some people had more excitment in their lives. The woman mentioned in is someone I know!!! But she is going to be okay, and that is good. Lots of hugs to notlostonme, our resident gunshot victim.
Today's Plans:
* Cleaning, dishes, laundry (after last night, I now reek of bonfire smoke, hehe).
* Picking up Oktoberfest tickets!
* Revamping apartment for Fall decor and putting away the summer altar stuff. Time for pumpkins, squash, leaves and a new incense burner!
* Office watching with Robert and Jenni.
But first, to get started on all of this, I should a) get off LJ and updated with party pix later (or tomorrow) and b) get in the shower!
