As I walked home from work, my eyes were pulled up to the sky. There was a big, gorgeous, silver moon, glowing through the clouds with such a aurora-borealis-like nimbus. As I walked underneath the tree, bare of leaves, I kept seeing the moon through the branches, which gave me a deliciously Samhainn-feel (Halloween for all you non-pagans). It felt as though the Moon Goddess was watching over our quiet little campus, and on one small daughter walking home.

*sigh* it just doesn't do it justice to put it in words.
