The weekend

Well the weekend was interesting, on saturday I rested and mainly played world of warcraft, I was working my way to level 68, with most of Chaotic Divinity now at level 70 I'm beginning to feel the pinch of being pretty much the only council member without a toon at the peak level. To be honest I'm playing as hard as I can but I just can't play 6 hours a day 7 days a week as I have "A LIFE", I know it shouldn't be allowed and I should zombie out to level 70 and then rest but for me that removes the enjoyment of the hours of grinding away at those damn clefthoofs ;)

After I did my wow bit it was time to make tracks to Sallys mum and dads house (jos friend who was visiting back from OZ where she's recently moved to) and it was a fun filled evening, I had practically the best meat pie I've EVER had, I was going to ask for the recipie but they bought it from the butchers haha its was lovely though. Then much fun was had by everyone consuming way too much falling down water and singing on the kareoke machine they'd hired. now normally I don't do kareoke as to be honest I haven't sung in years and I used to be pretty good but am not anymore, being uber competative I wanted to give a good show and I needn't have worried as most people were awful and made me look better than I actually am :)

Anyhow it was all good fun and we came back in the wee small hours and did what all couples do when their full of alchohol primed and ready to go... thats right we passed out !

Sunday was spent doing lots of mundane things in the house for me and watching 24 and top gear. Sunday night tv for me is like zen meditation, I watch it in a trance like state from 8pm until about 12pm but last night for some reason I started watching the academy awards, luckily I realised we had sky+ (tivo for those of you in the US) and decided enough was enough and went upstairs.

I went to check my email but ended up shoving on world of warcraft (spot a trend here) and after 10 mins I Dinged level 68, which is my acheivement for the week, the cost of training a warlock at level 68 however is truely staggering !

life, world of warcraft
