Writers Workshop all day on Saturday
Went to writing class all day on Saturday, but couldn't sit still and coudn't write well at all. My brain was not behaving, could not concentrate. In like four hours, I wrote just one real story and it was 1000 words, my first one flopped completely (250 words) and even that story wasn't serious enough, lacked depth and was weak in vocabulary.
Eventually I gave up and left - early. This is AD you know, some days I have bad days and some days it's better this was just one of the 'off' ones. On the plus side, a friend was there that I hadn't seen in a short while and that was good. :)
On the other plus side, rode the motorcycle to and from the workshop.
What do you call it when you start out and it's snowing, your hands are freezing and you're getting wet pants? Answer: A GOOD DAY!! (any ride on the MC is a good day.)
