No real reason for this update. Not a whole lot going on right now. Just doin' my thing, as usual. Last night I went out and partied hard at VooDoo Lounge (I almost typed DooDoo by accident). I've never danced that much in my life. We got there at 11 p.m. and I didn't stop moving until we left at 2:30 a.m. Just when I thought I couldn't dance anymore (my legs were killing me) I'd get a sudden burst of energy and keep going. It mainly had to do with the people I was with. Girls from work. They keep me on my toes. I apparently have rhythm for a white guy and I'm a very good dancer.

Tonight I'm headed to a party at our receptionist's house. It'll be crunk.

I've been getting e-mails from people I went to high school with. It's weird. Apparently my class officers feel the need to organize a five year reunion, which I totally don't get...but whatever. I'm gonna go. I know it sounds mean and boastful but I don't give a shit. I'm going for purposes of bragging. A shitload of people always laughed at me in high school and told me I'd never be able to do what it is that I'm doing. Look at me now motherfuckers! It's just weird to get e-mail from some of these people. I got one a few days ago from a girl and it surprised me. She sounds like she's really matured and grown up a lot since school, which I'm happy for. She and I weren't the closest in high school but she was definitely always a friend.

The show I produce, Ace & TJ, has this thing that they're doing. It's called Ace & TJ's Misfits Road Trip To The Academy Awards. Eight people - 1 limousine - no cash or credit cards. Get to L.A. and get into the Academy Awards. Yesterday was the first day and the group stayed in Chattanooga last night. I had to type up a recap for their website:

On the way to Chattanooga, Intern Cubby napped in the limo and a few of the girls decided to attempt to give him a makeover. They only managed to get a bra on him before he woke up.

The group arrived in Chattanoooga around 6 p.m. and stopped by the 98.1 KissFM studios to use the bathroom and create a gameplan for the evening. It was suggested that they sleep at the station - which had a shower they could use - to save the $400 they had earned earlier in the day, which was now down to $300 after buying lunch, gas, and beer. Fearing they might be penalized for having too much money on Monday, the group decided to rent two hotel rooms. In order to make money in Chattanooga, the group decided to go Mike's remote at Club VooDoo in downtown Chattanooga and work the bartenders and patrons for money. Earlier in the day there had been some discussion about dressing Intern Cubby and Robbie up as Britney Spears and having them do a dance off. Fortunately for all involved, this idea never escalated past the talk stage.

The group set a 9:30 p.m. leave time for the club. At 9:30 p.m., Intern Cubby and Yankee Pete were the only two people ready to go. Five minutes later, Too Nice Tammy came down, followed by Nanny Amy ten minutes later, and Karaoke Kristen, Pete Crush Kim, and Pagaent Girl Laura came down 15 minutes later.

Earlier in the evening, Intern Cubby had been busted on by Big'un and Yankee Pete for complaining about being hungry. He definitely wanted to eat before going to the club but was afraid to say anything for fear of being scolded again by Yankee Pete and Big'un....so he said something to Too Nice Tammy, who echoed that the rest of the group was hungry as well.

Having set aside $30 for gas, the group had roughly $47 dollars to spend on dinner. The group decided to have dinner with Sweet Lady Krystal. Inside Krystal's, Intern Cubby learned from Robbie that F-A-B-O-L-O-U-S is not the correct spelling for "fabulous," and that you have "epiphanies" not "epiphamies." Having his appetite satisfied, Intern Cubby quit asking about food every five minutes, and began to repeatedly ask when Heather (KissFM's midday girl) would be joining us.

The group arrived at Club VooDoo around 11 p.m. The girls and Intern Cubby danced a bit before the girls decided to earn some money. All of the girls got free shots in exchange for doing the Roger Rabbit on the dancefloor for Bartender Lee. Pete Crush Kim, Pageant Girl Laura, Nanny Amy, and Karaoke Kristen picked up an additional $27 dancing on the bar.

However, the big money maker for the group was The Yankee Pete. He had been firm in his resolve to not dance all night long. However, Riggs offered Pete $20 to dance and he had to oblige...for the group of course. It also probably helped that he became the meat of a Yankee Pete sandwich with two tasty Chattanooga girls making up the bread. KissFM weekend "diva" Cara gave the group $50 out of the goodness of her heart and the Yankee Pete kissed her for it. However, we prefer to say "Yankee Pete kissed Cara for $50" because it's more interesting that way.

Also, Robbie & Cara attempted to ignite some sparks between Yankee Pete and Pete Crush Kim by having Cara relentlessly flirt with Pete to see if Pete Crush Kim got jealous. Cara touched on Pete, danced on Pete, and rubbed on the Yankee Pete's head. Did their plan work? We don't know yet.

The group left the club around 12:30 a.m. to head back to the hotel and get some needed rest before heading out to Birmingham, AL the next morning.

Robbie out!
