What's up losers! I keed. None of you are losers. You're all fine, upstanding examples of the pinnacle of coolness. Seriously, you are. Don't really have much to say. Just updating for the sake of updating. School starts back tomorrow. I'm ambivalent about it. Is that the proper use of ambivalent? I don't care for it one way or the other. I'm not exactly dreading it. I like being on campus. At the same time, school is so frustrating. I'd rather stay at the station and work than go to class.
However, I'm determined to make this a better semester. Those that know me, though, know that lasts all of two weeks. But I'm tired of everyone giving me a hard time over it. My roomies are, like, "Every semester is gonna be different and it never is," so now it has to be to prove everyone wrong, haha. I just want to focus on it and do well. My classes aren't hard. I got into an argument with my friend Audra once. She told me that she had to work harder for her biology degree than I ever will have to work for my communications degree. I argued her to the death that she was wrong. In many respects, I still disagree with her. It's not an easy task to be constantly analyzing the meaning of every image flashed on tv or in a magazine. However, my classes are easy...but I think they're easy because I'm interested in them.
Anyway, on that note, expect to probably see less of me around. I just really want to focus on school. Also, I can't log on to AIM without being bombarded with IMs from Brittany. Yesterday, during our promotions meeting at work, she called 3 TIMES IN 5 MINUTES! And I know I'd never get away from her online. I'm just so over that situation.
