"Jess," Rory cooed, taking his hand in hers.
"Rory, come on," he whined in return, averting his eyes.
"Jess," and she snuggled up against him, burying her face in his chest. He wrapped his arms around her, breathing in the fresh scent of her hair.
"It isn't a car like Dean gave you, but-"
"Oh, Jess," and she was hugging him tighter than should be healthy for a girl of her size.
"So you like it?"
"It's from you, Jess. Of course I like it."
He kissed her forehead lightly, and she made a motion of snuggling up against him.
