So, I went to view three more houses and found an awesome two bedroom house with a big yard and brand new counters/cabinets/stove/fridge, etc. So After I went to see it (yesterday afternoon), i sent my mom photos and convinced her to make an offer. She emailed her realtor (Victoria) about getting it inspected and making an offer right away...and this morning Victoria wrote back saying that the owners JUST took the house off the market...she doesn't know why and will find out. but whatever.
I got all excited about it. now I have to go see more houses, hopefully they won't be like most of the houses I've been seeing (beer cans and bottles all over the yard, tiny rooms, cheap cabinets,disgusting bathtubs and toilets, structurally fucked up, chain link fence surrounding the yard, with a big dog barking at me right at the fence....)
I guess this could be a good thing. I could find a better place, maybe. but it was a good fucking deal and I felt really good about it. and oh, the kitchen...
I guess I should be getting ready for work. I'm really sore because I had to lift/carry/move/cover about 30 fifty pound boxes of halloween costumes yesterday. nobody else was able to. so my back hurts and I have bruises on my shins because I'm bad at gracefully lifting crap.
i didn't mean to complain, but this house thing has me all pissy.
I got netflix in the mail, so thats good. and thankyou for the postcard, Erica! and my dad sent me a hundred dollar check that I'm going to rip up because I spent some money on his credit card for food stuff anyway, which I'm not supposed to do.
