September is all about focusing on gradual progression and slimming those mega thighs down. I have control. I have stregnth. I have fat thighs. I have motivation to lose those fat thighs.

Um, my plan is just to run and build an endurance for it. Running and Billy and Tennis mixed shall do the trick. Work with Sept. first then worry about October.
Monthly Goal: -12 pounds. I can do that with being hella busy :) SOOO EXCITED TO LOSE THE WEIGHT!
