Let the music seep in and let's ride through the wind.
I get in these "healthy eating" and "anorexia" eating modes. Guess what mode I am in now! I kind of just want to detoxify my body this week. I'd exercise, eat right and lose some weight. The plan would be for one week and after this week I would continue on the Core Plan. I need to lose 7 pounds by the 15th. then 5 by August 1.
Brown rice, egg whites, fruits, vegs, soups , salads, and White meats (Turkey and Chicken). I would drink water and diet sodas. What do you think!? I like opinions... wow, I am in like a "loopy" mood. I'm high on being thin.
