It's not natural. It's nasty. Haha! Actually, it really is natural. A freak of a dog. Hugely overweight, with long wiry greying hair around its head. It's called Munchkin, supposedly. It won the title of World's Ugliest Dog in 2006, and it was up against nasty things like this:
