Alison was stretched out on her side on a blanket. The blanket was spread out in the living room under the big windows. There was a little bit of a chill in the morning air, so she didn't want to have the kids outside. But, they could play on a blanket in the sun light

Yay! Alison got a Hana. She snuggled her daughter gently. Hana laughed and smiled at her Mommy. Mommy was as good at snuggles as Daddy was!

"I think Daddy's enjoying all this chatting." She smiled over their daughter's head.

"Daddy loves this chatting." He sniffled again. Darnit. Then he cuddled Aiden. He had never imagined hearing that word would be so special. Longshot would never get enough.

"You'll get a Mommy soon, Ali. They love you just as much."

Alison smiled. Daddy was overwhelmed. It was so adorable.

"I know. It's alright. All the books say Daddy is easier for babies to say. They'll pick up other words eventually."

Hana giggled! Mommy was tickling her tummy! Alison smiled and tickled their little girl. Someday she'd hear a 'Mommy'. It was just a matter of time.

Longshot picked up Aiden so they could look eye to eye. "Your next mission, and you must accept it, is to learn to say 'Mommy.' Can you do that for Daddy?"

He had all the faith in the world his little boy could do it. Hana could, too. Maybe before Aiden to show off.

Aiden's little feet kicked in the air. Whee! Flying! Then Daddy was talking and Aiden stopped to listen attentively. He always learned stuff when his Mommy and Daddy talked to him.

"Da-ee?" He ventured curiously.

"Da-ee!" Hana chorused from Alison's lap. Well, they were focused, anyway.

"That's a start!" Longshot made Aiden fly around a bit and then brought him in for a Daddy snuggling. He got the Daddy portion right, anyway.

He kissed the top of Aiden's head. "I got a fan club!"

"I told you! A tiny little fan club. And they're getting bigger every day." She smiled down at Hana and rubbed her nose against the baby's. "Aren't you, baby girl? Growing up big and strong like your Daddy."

Hana laughed and cooed at her Mommy. Mommy was silly too, sometimes.

"But the leader of my fan club isn't little. She's this full-grown gorgeous Mommy. Isn't she, Aiden? Say Daddy to agree with me." If his son said it, he got a belly tickle. Because tickles and snuggles were good rewards.

"Da-ee!" Aiden chirped happily. Daddy was talking to him, so that must be the right answer! He giggled happily and wiggled in Daddy's arms.

Alison laughed and shook her head. "Yeah, I'm fan club president. Been at it for years, now. Never gonna quit."

The mighty tickle fingers attacked Aiden's belly! There was a right answer! Mwahahahaha! The giggles were Longshot's! he would collect them and then amuse everybody else with them.

"Better not. I'd be doing something wrong if my wife wasn't my biggest fan. And then I would sniffle lots and lose my nose."

Aiden squealed and laughed as his arms and legs flailed. Tickle monster was after his belly button! That darn tickle monster came back every time Daddy chased him off!

Hana laughed right along with her brother. She was safe from tickle monsters in her Mommy's lap. But, his giggles had set off hers.

"You're not doing anything wrong." Alison smiled at Longshot. "I'm your biggest fan. Always have been. Always gonna be."

Longshot chased the tickle monster off with a big raspberry to Aiden's belly. it was the sure fire way to make sure the tickle monster was gone. The vibrations in Aiden's belly were scary to a tickle monster.

"Biggest and loudest," he agreed with Alison. He gave her a wink and cheeky grin.

The Mojoworlder looked down at his son. "All safe now?"

"you tease," Alison chuckled at her hubby.

Aiden was safe. Daddy always scared the monsters away. And Aiden got a funny burble noise on his tummy, too! He smiled big at Longshot and snuggled in close. Daddy!

"Da-ee!" Hana made grabby hands at her Daddy. Aiden got tickles and burbles!

"I don't tease," he countered. "I make promises." And he promised to make his wife loud later. Just needed to pounce her when the bedroom door was closed.

Hmm. He was faced with a dilemma. He had a snuggly boy and a grabby-handed daughter. He squinted a little thoughtfully.

"Trade ya?"

"Mmm-hmmm," Alison replied with just the right amount of disbelief to ensure a fun evening once the kids were asleep. She held onto Hana lightly as she wiggled in her lap.

"One wiggle-worm coming up." Alison reached over and tucked the squirmy baby in under Longshot's arm. Then she picked up Aiden. She scooted back off Longshot's lap to give him more room to play with his daughter.

Aiden got all the mommy snuggles he could handle.

Longshot got squinty-eyed at his wife. Oh, he would show her. Show her good and proper, he would! She was lucky there were babies around.

Little Miss Wiggleworm was lifted into the air once Wiggleworm Junior was safely transferred. Though in the process, her little shirt rode up to show her belly. It was a siren call Longshot could not resist!
