Who: Ms Wolfe and her History class(es?)
Where: In a classroom, perhaps.
When: Friday morning, at school.
What: Students have to share their family history (that they should have researched..) with a classmate or ten.
Warnings: THE GREATEST FUN and social interaction. And.. people most likely not doing the work.
Beatrix leaned against the standard teacher's desk, scanning all the different faces of her students. Only one or two more had to arrive then she could explain what would happen that class.
As three more students slipped into their seats, she pushed away from her desk to walk along the aisles. "Today," she said, finding it hard to contain her excitement. "We're going to do something fun." A few faces brightened at the last word. Beatrix made her way back to the front of the room, and with a grin, she let it out. "You will each team up with someone you have never spoken to before, and share your family past with one another." What could possibly be more fun?
Only a little disappointed that most of her pupils seemed unenthusiastic about the assignment, she shrugged it off and continued. "This is for participation and cooperation marks, so I'd better see you all becoming much more acquainted with your partners." She gave one last little grin.
