Is it just me or does it feels like national disaster week?
First there was the flooding in Indiana, and now Iowa. And here in Kansas, we've had the tornado warning siren go off last Thursday (the day before we flew to PA) and then this past Thursday night right about the same time as last time, the tornado warning siren went off again! There has been lots of rain, thunderstorm and hail in Kansas as well. Luckily for us, there weren't any damages from either tornado warnings, thank the good Lord.
Hubby and I were watching Battlestar Galactica last night. I think we're nearly at the end of the season, and therefore, the end of the show. I'll be really sad to see it go, although I think it was a good and brave decision to do so. I'm excited to see that Tricia Helfer will be joining the cast of Burn Notice on USA network. I liked Burn Notice although I don't keep up with the episodes. And I read in the newspaper today that Katee Sackhoff will be on Nip/Tuck. I don't watch Nip/Tuck because the surgeries are too graphic for me, and I can't find myself relating to the main characters in anyway so I was never into that show. Anyway, I'm excited that we will see some of the cast of Battlestar Galactica after that show ends.
