Pride: An excessively high opinion of oneself; conceit
Envy: To feel resentful desire for another's advantages or possessions
Wrath: Punishment or vengeance as a manifestation of anger
Sloth: Aversion to work or exertion; laziness; indolence
Gluttony: Excess in eating or drinking
Lust: To have an intense or obsessive desire, especially one that is sexual
Greed: An excessive desire to acquire or possess more than what one needs or deserves
I'm not gonna lie, I've probably commited every single one of these 7 deadly sins, but now I'm trying as hard as I possibly can to obey God. Yes, he will forgive us, but I think it's best that we give him nothing for him to have to forgive us for. I've been thinking a lot about this kind of stuff lately since everyone is talking about going to youth group and ATF and all that... and I think... Wow, i was really religous at one point. I used to go to church every Sunday, and now I can hardly remember the last time I went to church. So I have decided to make my Confirmation, since I never got to with everyone else because of family issues at the time. I suppose it's better late than never. =)
In other news...well, theres no other news really. Kayla Parks did an AMAZING job in the play. Props to her. She has such a great voice. Anyone who didn't go, you really missed out. Congrats Kayla for doing so good. ;)
