Socially productive...!

This weekend was pretty much amazing! It all started Friday after class. Claire and I went to Baja to grab some lunch...oh was it yummie! And then we went to Lebanon with Steven M. where we all drooled over COACH bags that we couldn't buy! (Ugh there was this travel tote that was black canvas and leather and it was huge, but it was a shoulder tote, and it was sooo cute and I wanted it soooo bad...but once again! NO MONEY!!!) We headed home around 4:30 and picked up Rachel and Sara (Sara was really sweet, but quiet...apparently she's one of the band-member's girlfriends...not sure which one...I think the drummer but who knows.) and headed back to our place. We ordered Papa Johns and painted the Kitchen and it was a good time. Then....some movie...I don't remember which one...OH leagally blonde came on and we watched it until it was time to head out to the show. Unfortunately it was raining when we left so we ran to the car and headed to the show, where 3runLead brought down the house and completely did an amazing job! I think we got back around 2...or something like that...but I slept till 4 the next day!
Then Saturday night came around and Terri and I started drinking around 8 while we got ready to go out to the show...Brandi Carlisle...which Justin Skelly was supposed to be at, but to Terri, and my dismay, he was not! So we hung around at 3rd and Linsley for a couple hours and then went over to Stephen M's....where we met a drunken Claire, and a half-empty bottle of Pinot with my name on it! Someone popped in "The Corpse Bride" and we sat there watching it...I do have to say that movies are a bit more interesting when you're...well...intoxicated! And about half-way through...not even probably, Stephen and Lou started fighting over the camera, and Claire started sharing details of her relationship that nobody wanted to hear, so we sort of postponed the movie and Terri and I headed to Waffle House to quench our hungers. Props to Terri for coming up with that idea! So the night came to a close with a great meal and good company!
Sunday rose at about 3pm and I worked on Accounting for about my entire life! Then we decided that it was time to head out to Eddie's for our mock-superbowl party, which actually only ended up being Terri, Tre, Matt and myself, but was really fun. We got the nachos of course, and the after he had to pretty much fight with our waitress to get our checks back, we headed to Tre's place wich is AMAZING! It's like a new york loft, downtown nashville, with exposed brick and industrial heating elements. Wow Terri and I were pretty much drooling! Cause it really was AMAZING!! And he has digital cable, so somehow we wound up watching the Nickelodeon GAS channel, and on came GUTS followed by THE LEGENDS OF THE HIDDEN TEMPLE!!!! It was so much fun! At about 9:30 Terri and I headed over to 3rd and Linsley to catch Teddy Gieger...but he decided not to play, so once again we went home dissapointed in a boy! lol Oh well, besides those mishaps I'd say that the weekend was a good time! And while we didn't get too much done, like we wanted...we were socially productive! And that's all that counts!
