what a beautiful weekend.
Saturday was my dad's birthday.
We celebrated by going to Red Robin, I got the buffalo-syle "clucks & fries," they were really hot, but so good! After the restaurant we headed out to good ole' AJ's goodwill store, I found a cool little heart table that I'm gonna mosaic the top of. When we got home Jerrod came over and we ended up heading out to Fiesta Mall. Jerrod's getting a sweet deal on 2 shirts and a hat on Wed, cuz our friend Andy is quitting, and we've [or at least I have ;-)] determined he wants to screw over the store, cuz it's gonna be 50% off then 30% off that then 20% off that! haha. Fiesta Mall has officially been dubbed the "mall of shoes" there are SO MANY shoe stores there! I bought a cute white skirt, haha ...ya I know... me and white?! After the mall we went to the movies and saw, Assault on Precinct 13... good movie in theory and message, but I am really not good with so many people dying of head shots... ugh... long night.
Sunday was...uh the day after my dad's birthday. lol.
Church was good, the lesson was on Christ's compassion, very interesting. Sunday school was also good, we had to choose whether we were an Impala, a Peter, or a Jesus... long story, good message, ask if you'd like... I'll share! :-D After church Jerrod and I headed to Hall of Fame Pizza and Wings for some lunch and to watch the Falcons vs. Eagles game. Needless to say the Falcons lost... :-( So... GO EAGLES!!!! no stinkin' Patriots..! Headed back to my house where we hung out, played bedroom football(stinky dog toy!), and ended up watching:
such a great, funny movie!!!!
Definately one to buy and watch over again.
Tomorrow is the start of another long week.
But hopefully at the end will be another beautiful weekend such as this.
