time sure flies by
For the few that read this, sorry for the lack of updates...haha...people reading this.
So lets see...
1) Homecoming
So much fun, we didn't really get to do a "day" activity b/c I had a
soccer game, which we lost and I hurt my ankle :( BUT we ended up going
to the mall, and Claim Jumper's restaurant, so that was cool. The dance
was fun, granted after my advil kicked in for my ankle, [grrr...]
Jerrod is smiling in our pictures too, YaY! We had the best dance
group; Me, Jerrod, Ashley, Brian, Victor, and Kelsey. We were the "kids
freak dancing in the corner, by the row of chairs for lap dances" as we
so eloquently heard on Monday, mwuhaha! [who knew we caused such a
commotion? hmmm...not me...hehe.] But seriously I think this has been
the best dance ever. We went to Victor's house after and watched part of
a 007 movie, and poor Brian got his pretty car t-pee'd and saran-
wrapped... he was kinda pissed, but Victor and Jerrod helped him clean
it, and he was in a better mood Mon.
2) Judgement House
This year was a lot of fun, because I actually had a big part in the
drama. Jerrod did too, and was in the scene next to mine...which solved
the problem of us running between scenes to talk to eachother like last
year, haha. The theme this year was "Land of the Free Home of the
Brave," it proved to be very emotional to Vetrans, and people with
children/spouses in the war currently, or who had passed away. We
performed for three nights total with 135+ people in tours each night,
we had an average of 12% of the participating audience accept Christ or
re-dedicate thier life, so very cool!
3) Other Stuff
-Last night was fun, Jerrod and I went to Party City to pick up items for
his costume (Cast party Wed night for Judgement House Actors)"Lil' John"
aka Pimp/Playa. Lex, Maddy, and I are going as "80's Chicks" aka
Jerrod's ho's hah.
-Spanish Club was fun today, we decorated pumpkins for "Dia de los
Muertos". Ashley, Kailee, and I created a pirate/motorcyle gang guy,
then we had a clown, and Goldilocks pumpkins. Sadly for us, Goldilocks
won.
-Late start is tomorrow, hence I stay up LATE, and get up LATE, go
me...ahhh sleeping in on a school day, THE ONLY reason I like late
start. I mean seriously tell me you'd rather have late start over an
early release...there's just so much more potential things to do AFTER
school with more time, than BEFORE.
-I voted today, crazy huh, somtimes I can't believe I'm really 18, and
other days it just doesn't make any difference...know what I mean?
