(no subject)
I love summer.
I'm working almost every night, I've been having 4 nights of a month. I like my job. I like the fact that it doesnt take away time from my boys during the day. I leave after Luke is asleep, so he doesnt even know I work as much as I do, lol.
September I'm starting college. I'm going to be taking the Long Term Care course. It will be 9 months long, 4 days a week. I'am very excited, but nervous as well. Will be talking to my Dr next week though about my anxiety and will look into meds for it. Im thinking it would help to have them to ease the anxiety.
The boys and I have been keeping busy going to the beaches/lakes/oceans around my area. We all love the water and outdoors. Lots of picnics, trips to the water park, visiting friends and family, swimming in our 5 foot deep above ground pool.
Luke will be 8 in a month, on August 11. Riley will be 12 in 2 months, September 10. Grades 3 and 7 this September too. I very much enjoy the ages they are at.
Puberty has started here at my house as well. My little man is growing up!! Rileys voice is becoming deeper and hes very proud of the changes in his body, hehe. Im so happy he is very comfortable with me, and shares whats going on, and isnt embarassed to ask me questions about growing up. I was never comfortable talking to my parents about sex and growing up, so i wanted it to be different when i had kids. Riley and I are very close, always have been, and hope it continues through out our lives.
Im wanting to go somewhere at the end of August for a mini vacation. Im thinking i want to go to Washington to meet up with my mama friends down there. I havent been there since i last went with Opal, about 4 years ago! We will see, i will have to contact them and see if they are willing to have a visitor around then for a night or two.
I will post some pics later, time to go make a fruit salad and go to the lake!
