Man it feels good to exercise!!!

It's week two of my workout fix I'm on. It has all been inspired by a health class I'm taking at school. It's been a long time since my body has had this much energy. it rocks. I'm working out at the gym three days a week. I'm running 20 -25 minutes everyday. I haven't forgotten my love for hiking. That's what Saturdays are for. And get this folks today I'm starting a Yoga class. I would never have thought I would be doing yoga. Daniel can take the credit for that one. My goal is to see some resemblance of a six-pack, but if nothing else I feel good. All righty then . I guess I'm gone.
