The Advent Season is Upon us
The first candle was lit this morning. It's the first Sunday of Advent. The season that focuses on the birth of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Today we talked about the anticipation of Christ and read from Isaiah and the prophets. It is so great to stop and truly center and focus on how truly great and awesome this season is. It's not just the celebration of the birth of the baby Jesus, or the amazement of the virgin birth, but it is praise and glory that the Messiah has come. I love CHRIST mas. I know that may sound cheesy but without Christ there is no Christmas.
