(no subject)
It's really pretty weather today. The sun is shining hardcore and the wind is quite blustery at moments. So we finally went to the park for a picnic. I brought a tuna sandwich (from last night's excellent meal) and a kiwi, and Rob took his lunch that he didn't eat at work with him. He picked an assload of cherries from some trees near his work, so we munched on those 2, and had a beer each. Then he napped for about 45 minutes and I amused myself in an attempt to tan those parts not included in my deep farmer's tan. Just my upper arms and legs and ankles, nothing indecent. ;P It was very nice.
I am really really enjoying The Return of the Native. It's funny, whenever I would think back on it, I realize now that I didn't actually recall ANY of the plot. I only remembered one of the main characters really, and I just this image of her standing on the heath. But it's a lovely image.
Ok, The Simpsons comes on in 5 minutes, so I must gooooooooooooooooo.
