I am back from the dead
I woke up right before 3. Which means I slept for 14 hours. I guess I needed it, cuz that is extremely unusual for me. I still have consumed nothing today but 2 cups of soymilk. It was all I felt I could keep down earlier. I guess I should eat something soon.
Now I feel very very awake and am starting to worry I will not be able to go to sleep tonight.
I think my Mom and I will go to the NO farmer's market tomorrow morning. I haven't been to it since...the past summer before Katrina. There are pros and cons to going to the NO one as opposed to the BR one (since I will only maybe catch the tail end of that one, if I catch the shuttle right after we market-shop):
Cons:
don't get to hang out with BR friends as much
better selection in BR (usually)
No Our Daily Bread there. :(
Pros:
Bonding moments with old mom
We already have market tokens we can use there
I can give my produce to my parents and have them take it home so that
I won't have to schlepp my greens and berries and whatnot all around BR this weekend.
