Far away for far too long

I don't think I've ever been good at seeing things coming. For two and a half years I've known perfectly well that I would go on the big school trip this week. Yet here I am, slightly shocked that I'm actually leaving tomorrow. I'll be gone for nine days, and visiting three countries. Germany, Poland, and the Czech Republic. I haven't been to any of them before, so that'll be interesting. And of course, the fact that I'll be with my friends the whole time makes a huge difference. And we're sleeping in real hotels! I always thought they'd give each person a matress and squeeze us all into a gymnasium every night, but we're sleeping in normal hotels. Two people in a room, instead of 90. I so love going to private school :D

Oh, and I'll bring my camera (how could I possibly not?), so if there are any good pictures I'll share them when I get back.
