Okay, people who make the soy-based ground 'beef' reaaaally need to consider that there are some people who only cook for themselves that would like to enjoy this healthy alternative to meat but don't want to have to eat eight meals of the stuff because it doesn't come in smaller packages...
I'm on meal #6. There is only so much you can do with this stuff and a small kitchen. It's tasty, don't get me wrong, but I've had it as two different kinds of spaghetti sauce, a sloppy joe, and mixed into rice with veggies. I still have at least one, if not two, servings of it left.
It's not like it's expensive at $4 for the package of about 8 servings. However, I hate seeing food go to waste, so here I am, eating it again...and again...and again...
Hmm. Aaanyway.
Today's linear algebra exam was disgustingly hard. The exams from 2005 and 2006 were so nice and straightforward, and I spent three days studying, so I went in feeling really confident that I was actually going to do well for once. Silly me. The exam was horribly difficult, and not at all like the old exams. I think I passed, but...not well, unfortunately. One question, where I really had no idea how to prove it, I drew stars, wrote 'magic!' among them, and then just wrote what the initial equation was equal to. Magic is proof, right?
Bio tomorrow; I studied several hours for that this weekend too, and have studied some today, but I'm too tired to focus properly on studying for much longer.
Also, I have managed to bite my lip where I bit it yesterday, and it is now bleeding rather profusely.
