I've got a darn good reason for this hiatus: chew-toys
You might have noticed I haven't posted for an extremely long time. Then again you may have been to busy having slumber parties & beating each other up... anyway my computer was wrecked about two weeks ago, thus I lost my internet access.
I finally went and aquired a new pet, a gray Scotch Terrier named Hubble. He belonged to a family in the neighborhood of the Pet Shoppe who had to give him up because they had "too many puppies." He's adorable, but he likes to chew on things. Not people, I suppose he was taught well in that sense by his previous family, but some things get him. One of them was the cord on my modem, which broke and shorted the computer. It didn't harm Hubble, and my hard drive survived, but other hardware was damaged so I needed to get a new computer.
I've taken the past couple weeks to help break Hubble in to my place before buying the new computer (a laptop!). He's afraid of the refrigerator because it hums (I can barely hear anything, but it drives him crazy), so he stays out of the kitchen. He has yet to relieve himself indoors, he loves steak yet hates ground beef/hamburger, and he sleeps on the couch.
I have a funny little story about something he did to Iam the other day, but alas it's late and I need to get a good night's sleep; we're doing some digital image capturing or something tomorrow.
