Sansa has only told some of her own family, (the thought of telling Arya is not an easy one and Bran is so little that that is awkward as well.) It is when she is being held by Robb, her sorrow that Kialan will never know she's going to have his child near overwhelming (among other things,) that it occurs to her that there is not just her family to tell. So after Robb has held her and she's drank her tea, she makes an excuse and makes her way to the cart on the beach.
She pauses outside for a moment to gather her thoughts, this is more awkward again and she suddenly has a awful flare of foolish panic that Moril might think her completely without morals and then he might not think the baby is Kialan's. She pushes that thought away and tells herself it's foolish and if she says that enough she might believe it. "Moril?" she calls softly hoping he is there.
