Bran heard Lady's bark, so he's expecting them--fortunate, since he's just drying off from a shower, and has time to pull on pyjama bottoms and a t-shirt before Sansa actually gets to his room. He's towelling off his hair when she gets in, and for a moment he just peeks out at her from behind a fall of white hair and the folds of his towel.

"Why, are you going on a date in my world?"

"I'm going on a date on the island," she informs him happily, "but we don't really do dating in my world so I want to hear about yours." Sansa doesn't think they probably do dating in Kialan's world either, it sounds like they have courting there. Sansa's been courted and she thinks that dating sounds more interesting. If she were not so distracted with the thought of Kialan, Sansa might notice that Bran is towelling off and that she surprised him out of the shower.

"You're going on a date on the island?" Bran settles onto a corner of the bed with the towel over his knees, and Lady looking at him expectantly. "Who are you going on a date with?" Not that she hasn't family aplenty to ask these sorts of questions, but Bran still feels like he ought to have a chance to approve.

"Kialan Kerrilson," she tells him, "he is the heir to Hannart in his world and is Moril's foster brother, he came to my party." She doesn't remember if Bran and Kialan met though just that she got to dance with both of them. "He's lovely," she informs Bran brightly, "very handsome and kind, he plays the cwidder and can sing."
