Sansa is currently suffering from mild case of prolonged heat exhaustion, The trouble with being a redhead in a wool gown on a tropical isle, the symptoms she has are:

• paleness,
• tiredness,
• weakness,
• dizziness,
• headaches,
• nausea & vomiting,
• fainting.

She is aware she's ill because of the heat but isn't aware of heat stroke/heat exhaustion coming from where she does, so doesn't think to see a doctor/maester but thinks she'll get used to the heat. She's also hoping it'll get better now she has more weather appropriate clothing.
